Return/refund policy:

In accordance with UK law; customers have a right to cancel unprocessed orders at any time and to be issued a full refund.  

If the order has been processed/posted already then customers have the right to request a return/refund within 14 days of receiving the item (so long as it is not a personalised item and the hygiene safety seal* is intact ). The customer is reliable for paying the return postage and once I receive the item, I have 14 days to issue a full refund for the item and its original postage.

*The only exception is the skin care and makeup products that I sell that have a hygeine seal. Once the seal is broken I can no longer accept a return/exchange or issue a refund.

**Digital Items such as tarot readings are nonrefundable**

**Live reiki sessions are also nonrefundable after the reiki sessions has been completed**
